I originate, structure, and progress transactions. This includes acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing, and building ventures from concept through to market.
Much of the work is cross-border, aligning stakeholders across markets, cultures, and commercial interests. I typically operate behind the scenes, working directly with principals and decision-makers to advance opportunities.
